Lakehouse Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. We collect very little data, and this policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and how it is handled.
Contact Form
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and message. This information is sent directly to us via Resend, a transactional email service, and delivered to our inbox at sean@lakehouse.net. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, share, or use your contact information for marketing purposes.
AI Chat Assistant
Our website features an AI chat assistant that can answer questions about our services. Chat conversations are ephemeral -- they exist only in your browser session and are not stored on our servers. When you close the chat or navigate away, the conversation is gone. No chat messages are logged, saved, or used for training purposes.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Vercel Analytics is privacy-compliant and does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting. It collects anonymous, aggregated data such as page views and web performance metrics. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies. We do not set first-party or third-party cookies for tracking, advertising, or any other purpose.
Third-Party Services
The only third-party service that processes your personal information is Resend, which delivers contact form submissions to our email. Resend’s privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy. We do not use any other third-party services that collect or process your personal data.
Your Rights
Since we collect minimal data and do not maintain user accounts or profiles, there is very little personal data to manage. If you have submitted a contact form and would like us to delete your message from our inbox, please email us at sean@lakehouse.net and we will do so promptly.
